Project Worldschool has announced two new programs for early 2016. If your teen is looking for a unique learning opportunity, this independent travel adventure could be the answer.
First, explore the Maya Riviera during a 22-day teen temporary learning community retreat, diving into the culture, customs, history and traditions of Mexico’s coast. Together teens explore ancient cenotes, nature reserves, tropical islands, plush jungles, living mangroves, white-sand beaches and world famous archeological sites.

Where: Quintana Roo including: Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Tulum & Playa del Carmen, Mexico
Next, explore Peru’s Amazon jungle, touching on conservation, sustainability, ethnobotany & biology. Together teens explore the living Amazon jungle, learn about the rainforest through engaging activities that blend aspects of nature and culture. This hands on retreat promises to change you to the core and help you see the world just a little different.

Who: 8 or more teen participants (ages 12-20) unschooolers, homeschoolers, worldschoolers and teens & young adults who are self-directed
